We work with a wide range of insurance providers to make counselling more accessible. Many of our clients pay little or nothing per session, depending on their coverage.

Navigating insurance can be confusing. We’re here to help you every step of the way.
Confirm your coverage
Log in to your insurance portal or review your benefits booklet. Look for line items under counselling, therapy, or designations such as RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor) or MSW (Master of Social Work).
Provide documentation
We’ll prepare any forms for your provider.
Submit your claim
We will submit your claim on your behalf.

Here are our self-pay rates. Your actual cost may be lower with insurance. We can provide an estimate before you start so you know what to expect.

Please also check with your insurer to confirm that your plan includes coverage for counselling services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
