Hello and welcome! It takes courage and wisdom to reach out for support. There are many reasons that lead a person to take this step, and many ways to walk this journey. A counsellor can be a guide; helping create a map with you as you find your way. Do you need to make a big decision? Or heal from a troubled childhood? Maybe you want to communicate better? Or perhaps you are struggling with depression, anxiety or an addictive behaviour. Whatever the reason, this is your journey and I am here to collaborate with you and build on your own knowledge and wisdom. A counsellor can be a facilitator for change, a guide to emotional healing, a wall to bounce ideas off. Counselling offers a safe space to find your voice, express your feelings, and address your needs. Here you can gain self-awareness, explore options, and find new perspectives.
I too am on a healing journey. I practice the tools and skills that I teach. I have 30 years of experience as a counsellor, mentor, and educator. I use a holistic approach exploring issues through a mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical lens using insight, somatic therapy, trauma therapy, and practical take-home tools.
This is you journey. I would be honoured to be a part of it. I am accepting new clients for individual and relationship sessions.
